p.s heres your shopping list for the recipes: 

– paleo protein balls = see earlier blog post

– veges to roast (I used purple carrots and sweet potato) with coconut oil

Zucchini bake = 3 zucchini, 1 silverbeet bunch, 1kg beef mince, 6 eggs, sprinkle of parmesan

– Lamb Meatballs – 1kg lamb mince, 1 brown onion, 1 red chilli, oregano, 2 cloves garlic, 1 egg, 1 red capsicum, goats feta.
